Ender's Game is one of my favorite books and I've been meaning to draw some fanart of it for more than a year. XD (It's a really good book! If you're thinking of reading it, don't let the controversy stop you! The book DOES NOT blast Card's views at you. In fact, I was very surprised when I leaned about his views.) I'm so exited for the movie, you have no idea! Obiously, this isn't how Petra looks in the movie. I wanted to draw how I imagined her. (WITHOUT the stupid bun, like in the movie. Seriously, she has a BUN??? In the book, Ender mistakes her for a BOY when he first sees her.)
The background was kinda inspired by the battle room. (Stars, kinda??? XD)
I might draw Petra in her Peoenix Army uniform later! :'D Now my brother said that I have to draw the other battle school kids too. (CHALLENGE EXCEPTED, BRO.)
On a random note, right now I'm reading Ender's Shadow! (I'm gonna have to draw Nikolai too.)
OHHH AND ON ANOTHER EVEN MORE RANDOM NOTE. So, I've been obsessed with the musical Chess, and the song "where I want to be" makes me think of Ender, and the song "The Arbiter" makes me think of Bean. HahahahahaokayI'mdonenow.
